The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The SMV does not collect any personally identifying data on purpose, but here are some things to know:
Any Personal Data which has been submitted by a user will be automatically deleted immediately once the unique link to view the data is removed. Until then, it is stored cryptographically with the passphrase being included in the unique link previously mentioned.
Any "Unrevealed Secrets" may be automatically removed after 60 days.
Cookie(s) mentioned in the "Tracking Technologies and Cookies" section are removed upon closing Your browser.
We will never disclose any Personal Data information to anyone outside of The SMV. Any information collected by Us is not personally identifiable.
User submissions (which may contain personally identifiable information) cannot be viewed by Us or anyone else without consent of the user who submitted it. This is because the only way to view the "Secret" is with the link given to the user who submits it.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian, know that there is no way for us to determine which submission belongs to the child, and there is no way for anyone to view the contents of said submission without the unique link generated upon submission.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
We cannot provide notice of any changes, as we do not store any information that would allow us to contact You.
